I can not believe this product does not have at least 15 reviews to its name. Some books on nutrition are complicated or scientifically written - or they are dummy books. This is one is different. There is a ton of information here about vegetarian and vegan nutrition that is written in very plain English. If you are learning how to be vegetarian like I am, please don't waste your money on 12 different books. This is the only resource you will need. And you can trust the information. This book is written by a number of very respected medical doctors, well-researched and carefully documented. You can be vegetarian and perfectly healthy! Find out for yourself.
