| I take this once in the a.m. and one in the p.m., and it helps with the hot flashes; They are less frequent, and when I do get them, they do not last as long. |

I went through a tough year in 2008 and wound up needing to have a hysterectomy. Before I had it, I researched everything regarding hormone replacement therapy and all the pros-and-cons between the different treatments.
I finally decided to try a more natural method and ordered a sample (it was a LARGE free sample, too!) of Remifemin. I was given an injection of hormones before leaving the hospital that my doctor said would cover me for about 30 days and it did just that. But, when that time was up? I had horrible hot flashes and night sweats, mood swings, everything that you read about.
I started on Remifemin right then and I've been using it ever since. I take it once in the morning and once at night before bed, and I have to say, it really seems to help. I still have some hot flashes, but I don't have nearly the issues with night time sweats and the mood swings were under control in no time.
I recommend this to any woman looking for a natural remedy for menopause. |
