Great textboook - great condition and arrived promptly. May keep this book for my own personal review. Learning a lot from class and this book. You really are what you eat! Learned things like: 12 T. of sugar in 1 can of regular Coke--not a help in the nutrition range and no help with keeping a good weight range. |
