just beware that if you order than animal pak which reads "88ct" or 88 paks in the container, this is a lie. there are only 44, so if you're comparing prices/quanities, watch out for this...
otherwise it's a good product, drink plenty of water |

| The old standard still works great! The quantity is getting harder to find too. Make sure you take it with plnty of water. My doctor told me the black pepper extract gets rid of the extraneous water, but you really need to drink a lot to avaid damage to your liver. Great Product! |

Has all the stuff you need and none of the fillers! Cuts my downtime days in half. When i began using this i maxed out at 175 on bench press... now i am at 215. It has really helped fill the nutrional gaps that occur from daily living now a days!
Great buy! - I do take them daily - two packs - Even if i am not lifting.
